Delightful Dinner

We've been getting into these "one-pot" meals over here and I'm totally sold.


Tonight we tried this one:


Italian Wonder Pot

I was planning to do a proper garnished pretty portion shot but we were too greedy and dug in.  This one is terrific and vegetarian.  

The other thing I like about these meals is that we usually get two or three good lunches. 

                          I've found a lot of terrific recipes on this site, and I love their approach:)
