Nell's Chonky Gazpacho
I've been making this Gazpacho for a long time and it's a super elixir of health and if you're lucky you can farm all of the ingredients yourself, which I don't, but we're working on it.
I'm posting the recipe under the assumption that you already know how to cook and taste food.
OH YEAH!! I also added some Turmeric because of the whole anti-inflammatory shit.
Also, Onions are the bomb.
Here is one of my favorite poems.
Ode To The Onion by Pablo Neruda
Onion,
luminous flask,
your beauty formed
petal by petal,
crystal scales expanded you
and in the secrecy of the dark earth
your belly grew round with dew.
Under the earth
the miracle
happened
and when your clumsy
green stem appeared,
and your leaves were born
like swords

showing your naked transparency,
